CSCM Case Manager
Serves as a case manager for the Community Services Case Management (CSCM) program.
Serve as a full-time support services coordinator for the Family Support Services
program. Assist individuals and families in accessing local resources, navigating educational and funding issues, and planning for the future.
This full time position leads The Arc’s development, fundraising, and external
communications efforts and serves as a key part of the agency’s management team. The
position works directly with board members and committees, top management, and external organizations and supporters in the community to further awareness of The Arc’s mission and the needs of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. One-third of The Arc’s revenue comes from community, corporate, and foundation giving.
If you have a passion for serving others and have experience in direct care, we want you on our team. Our Adult Life Enrichment program is looking for qualified individuals who want to promote independence and improve the life of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing person-centered activities including life-skills, pre-vocational skills, and community integration.
We are looking for individuals who can serve as Direct Support Professionals in our Adult Life Enrichment program on an as-needed basis. If you have an experience in direct care and don't want to be tied down to a full-time job, consider joining out team.
