The Arc of San Antonio requests your permission to use photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings submitted by you for promotional and educational purposes. These materials may be used in various media formats, including but not limited to, print, digital, and online platforms.

Consent and Release:

I, the undersigned, hereby grant The Arc of San Antonio permission to use my likeness in any photograph, video recording, or audio recording taken during activities associated with The Arc of San Antonio for the purposes stated above.

I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of The Arc of San Antonio and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize The Arc of San Antonio to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these materials for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge The Arc of San Antonio from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate, have or may have by reason of this authorization.
